Doctorate-Level Expertise with a Heart for Personal Care
With over nine years of experience in healthcare, my journey began in 2017 as a Registered Nurse. I went on to become a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020 and later earned my Doctorate in Psychiatric Mental Health in 2024. Throughout my career, I have gained experience in primary care, urgent care, and clinical research experiences that have shaped the way I approach patient care today.
Driven by Passion, Rooted in Empathy
My passion for dermatology, however, began long before my career in healthcare.
As a child, I experienced unexplained skin rashes that sometimes took time to diagnose. Those experiences sparked an early fascination with the skin and gave me a personal understanding of how frustrating it can be when you don’t have answers about what’s happening to your skin. I knew that one day I wanted to combine my medical background with my passion for dermatology and skin health.
That opportunity came in 2024 when I was introduced to advanced laser technology (Aerolase Neo Elite laser) capable of treating over thirty dermatologic concerns. I was immediately fascinated by its potential and decided to pursue laser certification. I later partnered with Beluxxe Health & Wellness Spa, where I gained valuable experience in the spa environment while expanding my hands-on experience with laser treatments.
Since then, I have continued to expand my knowledge through additional training and certifications in dermatology, aesthetic injectables including neurotoxins, and weight management. I believe that excellence in aesthetics requires a commitment to continuous learning, and I am always seeking opportunities to further develop my skills and knowledge.
